Monitoring Performance

The administrator needs to monitor and manage the system to know the performance of the system. Periodical monitoring of the resources enables to identify the problems in the hardware and software. Accordingly, the administrator can take appropriate steps to solve the problem and improve the performance of the system. Windows Server 2003 provides you with the tools, such as, the Event Viewer, Performance Console, Task Manager, and WMI Event Logging Provider to monitor the performance of the system.
